- Reformat & Reinstall an existing copy of Windows = $99.95
- This includes up to 4 hours of labor; every hour after the 4th, add $15.00
- Re-Install with existing copy of Windows (no formatting): $75.00
- This includes up to 4 hours of labor; every hour after the 4th, add $15.00
- Spyware / Virus Removal = See hourly Rate
- Spyware Diagnostic Investigation = $25.00
- We will Scan and manually check registry for suspicious entries
*This price is refundable if customer decides to have spyware removed from system
- Flat Rate Removal = $75.00 (up to 2 hours)

- For every hour after the first 2 hours, $20.00/hour
Program Installation = $25.00 Flat Rate, per install*

Other PCI Cards (network, modem, sound, etc.) = $15.00 labor plus price of card
DVD / CD Drive = $20.00 / per drive labor plus price of drive
CPU Upgrades = $30.00 plus price of CPU / Heatsink
SLI/Gaming Video Cards = $30.00 plus price of Card
Replacement Cooling / Water Cooling / Overclocking = $50.00 Flat Rate + price of parts
A signed waiver is required before performing Overclocking/Watercooling

All Backup Services are flat rate unless remote storage is requested
